The DN3 over A0 passage has been opened to traffic, facilitating the completion of the A0 highway. The completion of lots 3 and 4 is expected around October 20, allowing uninterrupted travel from Constanța to Bacău. The project is funded by European grants and is nearing 98.5% completion. Additional works include the installation of safety barriers and road signage, with the aim of enhancing traffic safety. The contractor is China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, with a contract value of approximately 398 million lei.
