Construction group Selina, led by businessman Beniamin Rus, has begun laying the final asphalt layer on the Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway. The project is over 85% complete, with hopes to finish ahead of schedule by the end of this year. The Ministry of Transport is actively supporting the contractor to ensure smooth progress and timely payments. The contract for this section, covering 28.55 kilometers, is valued at 785 million lei and is funded by European sources.
