VIDEO | Autostrada A3 lotul Nădășelu - Zimbor, aproape de finalizare

The Transylvania Highway A3, section Nădășelu – Zimbor, is nearing completion with 99.2% of the work done. The project, managed by UMB Spedition, employs 690 workers and 410 machines. The contract, valued at 1.625 billion lei, is funded through the Transport Program 2021-2027. After finishing the two viaducts, traffic will flow continuously for 155 km between Poarta Sălajului and Târgu Mureș. Initial completion was expected by December 2023, but delays occurred due to technical disputes and geotechnical issues. The opening of the viaducts will connect Zimbor-Poarta Sălajului to the rest of the highway.
