Agricover has invested 12 million lei in Agricover Pay, a financial platform for farmers that facilitates financing, payments for agricultural inputs, and revenue collection. The platform aims to streamline financial management for farmers, allowing them to handle all transactions within a single ecosystem. Currently in a testing phase with select farmers, it will onboard over 10,000 clients starting January. Agricover plans to introduce a loyalty program by mid-2027 to reward farmers for their annual activities. The initiative follows Agricover Payments' recent authorization from BNR to provide payment services.
