The structures, initially temporary and lacking operational permits, had been inactive for years and were occupying the space illegally. The court upheld the municipality's claim to the land, confirming the termination of the association contract with the company. Additionally, a separate lawsuit regarding demolition and compensation of 18 million lei is ongoing, related to the unauthorized use of public spaces.
