Victor Nica, liderul unei grupări care muta firmele cu datorii pe numele oamenilor străzii, subiectul unei anchete Recorder, arestat pentru 30 de zile la Brașov • Social Biz Brasov

The Brașov Tribunal has ordered the 30-day arrest of Victor Nica, leader of a group facilitating debt evasion for companies by registering them under the names of vulnerable individuals. The investigation, initiated by local prosecutors following a Recorder report, revealed that Nica's company, "Uzina Firmelor 1993" SRL, has been operating for 32 years. The scheme involves transferring companies with debts to homeless individuals, allowing original owners to evade responsibility. Despite government promises to curb such practices, new laws have not effectively stopped these networks from adapting and continuing their operations. Nica, who owns over 150 companies, threatened journalists when confronted about the investigation.
