He criticized the rushed legislation and the government's inability to effectively implement the plan, which has already cost the country billions in lost European funds. Negrescu emphasized the need for coherent action and responsible governance to complete essential infrastructure projects. The Social Democratic Party (PSD) supports measures to save European funds but opposes using PNRR for political gains or social conflicts.
