Negrescu blamed the National Liberal Party and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan for the stagnation, noting that the government has postponed this objective multiple times. He pointed out the lack of consensus among ministries and the absence of an agreed-upon project, with various parties and unions opposing the current proposals. The deadline for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan has passed without the law being passed, resulting in a loss of 770 million euros.
