Over 20 individuals, including patients and relatives of deceased patients, are seeking damages from cardiologist Dan Tesloianu, accused of using cadaveric heart devices. The hospital has also filed a civil claim for over 2 million lei. Prosecutors have placed a lien on Tesloianu's properties and artworks to cover potential damages. Victims are claiming amounts ranging from tens of thousands to millions of euros, citing various grievances related to medical procedures. Some victims have not yet disclosed their claims, while others have reported serious complications or fatalities following surgeries.
