Vicepremierul Oana Gheorghiu: Trei companii de stat au fost restructurate în cadrul unui jalon din PNRR

Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu announced the completion of milestone 443 from the PNRR, involving the restructuring of three state companies in energy and transport. The government successfully merged these companies, aiming to enhance their efficiency and economic performance. Initially deemed a challenging task, the restructuring was achieved through a pilot project targeting 22 companies. The mergers included Electrocentrale Grup with SAPE, and the merging of Societatea Tipografică Filaret and Telecomunicații CFR with CNCFR. This reform is part of a broader initiative to improve corporate governance in state-owned enterprises.
