VGP, a logistics space developer, is expanding in Romania by acquiring a 4.4-hectare plot in Ghimbav, aiming to exceed 10 hectares with an investment over 5 million euros. The company purchased LB Ghimbav from Laurențiu Badea for approximately 2.2 million euros. This expansion could increase VGP's land portfolio in Brașov by over 27%. VGP's local operations began in 2018, and they have since accumulated 36.1 hectares for their VGP Park Brașov project, which includes over 184,000 square meters of logistics space. Ghimbav is gaining interest from major real estate investors, including M Core.
