VGP dezvoltă la Oradea un parc logistic de 133.000 mp

VGP has acquired a 294,000 square meter site in western Romania for the development of VGP Park Oradea, which will offer 133,000 square meters of rental space. The park is strategically located near major transport routes, enhancing its appeal for logistics and distribution companies. It aims for BREEAM Excellent certification and will feature energy-efficient systems. This project expands VGP's presence in Romania, where it has been active since 2007, with significant land acquisitions for industrial development.
