The Ministry of Health plans to fill over 7,800 vacant positions in the healthcare system, following a thorough analysis with the National Health Insurance House. Of the total, 7,360 positions are designated for hospitals under the Ministry, while 445.5 are for County Ambulance Services. The distribution includes 1,336 doctors, 2,923 nurses, and 2,823 auxiliary staff. The Ministry has also fully unlocked positions for psychiatric hospitals and penitentiary health units. The allocation of posts considers the complexity of medical activities, ensuring that hospitals with higher demands receive more staff.
