Verdict definitiv în dosarul ROMATSA. ÎCCJ înlătură suspendarea care putea bloca traficul aerian

The High Court of Cassation and Justice annulled the suspension of ROMATSA's air navigation service provider certificate, allowing the agency to continue operations. The court dismissed the claims of seven plaintiffs who alleged discrimination in recruitment processes. The decision, which is final, also removed the obligation for ROMATSA to pay court costs to the plaintiffs. The case raised concerns about the continuity of air traffic services in Romania, prompting involvement from the Supreme Council of National Defense. The judge who initially ordered the suspension attempted to intervene during the hearing but was not permitted to do so.
