The National Energy Dispatch will adapt operations in real-time to ensure system safety. A second Energy Command meeting was held to address the impact of drought and heat on energy production, particularly nuclear and hydro capacities. Romania's energy mix shows a reliance on hydro, fossil fuels, and nuclear sources, with low river flow affecting production.
