The Romanian Parliament is convening for an extraordinary session from August 3 to 6 to address key projects related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Nicușor Dan announced he will promulgate laws already adopted, including the National Biodiversity Strategy. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies have scheduled plenary sessions and committee meetings to discuss various legislative initiatives. Dan emphasized the importance of these laws, including the Urbanism Code, and noted that three PNRR milestones remain, with two set for debate in this session.
