The alert is in effect on September 5, covering most of the country from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Regions like Banat, Oltenia, Muntenia, and parts of Moldova will see temperatures between 30 and 36 degrees Celsius, with discomfort levels rising. Bucharest is expected to reach 34-35 degrees Celsius. Authorities advise the public to limit sun exposure, stay hydrated, and pay special attention to vulnerable groups.
