Vânzările de locuințe s-au prăbușit în București-Ilfov dar și într-un alt centru regional în trimestrul III. Cu cât au scăzut în țară
In the third quarter of 2026, housing sales in the Bucharest-Ilfov region dropped by over a third compared to the same period last year, while the national decline was 17%. This marked the lowest number of homes sold in the region in six years, influenced by a cyberattack on the ANCPI's infrastructure in July, which disrupted services for about a month. Major cities like Bucharest-Ilfov, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, and Timișoara saw lower sales volumes than during the COVID-19 lockdowns. Although there was a slight recovery in August and a strong increase in September, it did not offset earlier declines. The CEO of SVN Romania noted that the market is facing challenges, but potential remains for well-planned housing products. Timiș county saw a 6.4% increase in sales, while Brașov experienced a significant 63.3% drop, being the only major market without annual growth in September.
