AnimaWings has faced operational issues, including the grounding of Airbus A220-300 aircraft and significant financial losses. The company reported a revenue increase in 2025 but also a substantial net loss and rising debts. Current ownership remains with Marius and Cristian Pandel, who control the majority of shares.
