Vântul bun va ajuta sistemul energetic românesc toată săptămâna viitoare. Turbinele eoliene ar urma să producă energie cât două centrale de la Cernavodă. - Economica.net

Romania's energy system is expected to see a significant increase in wind energy production next week, alleviating pressure on the grid and market prices. Sustained winds are forecasted to boost wind turbine output, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, potentially exceeding 3,000 MW. This would be more than double the output of the currently offline Cernavodă nuclear plant. The installed wind capacity in Romania stands at 3,343 MW, and if predictions hold, the capacity factor could reach around 90% on peak days. Currently, wind energy is the leading source of electricity generation, contributing over a third of the national output.
