A yellow alert for wind intensification is in effect for Moldova and parts of Dobrogea. From October 18 to October 20, wind speeds in Moldova and Dobrogea will reach 45-60 km/h, with higher gusts in mountainous areas. Rainfall is expected in several regions, accumulating 10-20 l/m², and snow accumulation of 10-20 cm is anticipated in high-altitude areas. Additionally, strong winds of 50-70 km/h are forecasted for Moldova and parts of Dobrogea during the specified period.
