Valoarea contractului pentru Centura Comarnic, majorată nejustificat cu 14 milioane de lei

The report highlighted issues with payments for the Comarnic Beltway and other projects, indicating that certain transactions were under criminal investigation, limiting the audit's scope. The UATJ Prahova improperly raised the contract value for the Comarnic project, including unjustified profit margins. Additionally, unjustified payments were made for works that were part of the approved technical project but not included in the quantity lists. The audit also found payments without proper documentation for the Mizil bypass project, raising concerns about compliance and risk allocation in these contracts.
