Ceaușescu, often referred to as the 'man in the shadows' of Steaua's achievements, has maintained a low profile since the fall of communism, with few public appearances. His last notable appearance was in 2025 at a documentary premiere, amid health concerns. Born in 1948, he studied physics and worked at the Atomic Physics Institute before being arrested during the 1989 Revolution.
