The properties include the Semiramis and Tosca complexes in Saturn, along with several plots of land. The company has also approved a significant share buyback program worth over 106 million lei. Earlier this year, THR Marea Neagră sold multiple properties, including the Măgura complex for 2.5 million euros and the Siret complex for 3.5 million euros. These sales are part of a broader strategy to liquidate assets approved in November 2022, as the company reported a decline in revenue for the first half of the year.
