The construction sector has seen a staggering 256% rise in insolvencies, while the wholesale and retail trade also faced significant increases. Bucharest leads in insolvency cases, followed by Bihor and Cluj. In August alone, 357 firms and authorized individuals entered insolvency, with the highest numbers in Bucharest and Bihor. Overall, the trend indicates a troubling economic situation for many businesses in the country.
