Val de căldură peste Transilvania: Sibiu este sub Cod galben, iar vestul țării sub Cod roșu
A new heatwave is affecting Romania, with extreme temperatures expected until Wednesday, including red alerts in western regions. The National Meteorological Administration has issued various heat warnings, predicting temperatures exceeding 35-40 degrees Celsius in several areas. Tropical nights with minimums of 20-25 degrees are also anticipated. Specific regions like Transylvania and parts of the west face orange and red alerts, with Satu Mare, Bihor, and Arad experiencing the highest temperatures. This marks the third extreme heatwave in a week, following previous high temperatures in late July.
