The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a yellow alert for unusually high temperatures, predicting highs of 30 to 35 degrees Celsius in several regions. The alert is in effect on Wednesday and Thursday, particularly affecting the western half of the country, including Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, western Transylvania, and southwestern Oltenia. The highest temperatures are expected in the Câmpia de Vest area. The yellow alert will continue on Thursday in southern Banat, southwestern Oltenia, and Transylvania, with maximum temperatures ranging from 30 to 34 degrees.
