Va dispărea, treptat, adeverința fizică de asigurat / Regulile votate de plenul Senatului

The Senate has approved a legislative proposal to gradually eliminate the requirement for insured individuals to present proof of insurance by December 31, 2027, when this can be verified electronically. The proposal does not change the legal status of insured individuals or the rules regarding health insurance contributions. The main change is that electronic verification will be the primary method for confirming insurance status, which will have the same legal value as physical proof. Exceptions will be made for those who refuse the national health insurance card for religious or conscientious reasons. A transition period until December 31, 2027, allows for the use of the national health insurance card and electronic identity card as authentication tools.
