Uzina de la Sadu, în negocieri cu o companie din SUA pentru producerea unui „tip nou de muniție”

The interim Minister of Defense, Radu Miruță, announced negotiations with US Ballistics for a new ammunition production facility in Sadu, Romania, creating local jobs. The decision was made by the management of Uzina Mecanica Sadu and aims to generate hundreds of jobs. The investment includes a contract worth 1.4 million euros annually, with an initial hiring of 150 people. This initiative is part of a broader effort to revitalize the defense industry in Romania and enhance its competitiveness.
