UTA Arad anunță oficial împrumutul lui Omar El Sawy de la Rapid până la finalul sezonului

UTA Arad has officially announced the loan transfer of offensive midfielder Omar El Sawy from Rapid Bucharest until the end of the 2026-2027 season. The 22-year-old player, who has represented Romania at various youth levels, will join UTA for the current season after an agreement between the clubs. El Sawy has prior experience in Romania's Superliga with Rapid, Sepsi OSK, and Universitatea Cluj. His loan follows confirmation from Rapid's coach that he lacked space in the squad due to the team's offensive depth. UTA recently won their first match in the Romanian Cup, defeating Minerul Lupeni 3-0, but has struggled in the Superliga with only six points from seven matches, including a recent victory against FCSB.
