USR: Senatul a adoptat proiectul legislativ care pune stop balastierelor ilegale mascate de iazuri piscicol
The Romanian Senate has approved a legislative initiative aimed at tightening regulations on mineral aggregate exploitation, addressing illegal practices disguised as fish pond arrangements. The new rules, developed with ANAR and ANRMPSG, set a four-year limit for project completion and impose significant penalties for violations. The initiative aims to curb illegal extraction, with increased fines and stricter enforcement measures, including the use of CCTV and body cameras by inspectors. The legislation will now proceed to the Chamber of Deputies for final approval.
