It seeks real civil control over secret services, limiting leadership terms, and banning former employees from consultancy roles. Economically, USR demands the removal of excessive taxation on part-time contracts and measures to protect minors online. The electoral package includes a return to two-round elections for mayors and county council presidents, and a reduction in the number of parliamentarians. USR also emphasizes the need to amend the ANI law to align with European legislation, crucial for accessing EU funds.
