Ursula von der Leyen urged Spain's Prime Minister to implement stricter measures for EU border protection following a migrant crisis in Ceuta. She emphasized the need for enhanced cooperation with Morocco and better early warning systems. The letter comes after a surge of migrants crossed from Morocco, resulting in numerous fatalities.
