Urbanism cu „ghișeu unic” la Oradea: avizele pentru construcții vor fi strânse într-un singur loc, iar PUZ-urile din zona metropolitană vor trece prin Primărie

The Oradea City Hall is adapting its procedures to the new Urbanism Code by establishing two committees for construction approvals and urban planning documentation. The Local Unique Agreement Commission will centralize necessary approvals for construction projects, allowing simultaneous electronic processing. Additionally, a separate committee will review urban planning documents for the entire Metropolitan Area of Oradea. The new regulations aim to streamline the approval process and reduce delays, although the City Hall has temporarily suspended urbanism document processing due to the new legislation.
