UPDATE: Sorina Matei, numită la șefia TVR! Jurnalista o va înlocui pe Adriana Săftoiu după decizia CCR de invalidare a conducerilor Radioului și Televiziunii de Stat

Sorina Matei has been appointed as the interim Director General of the Romanian Television Society (SRTv) for 60 days. Her nomination was approved by the Permanent Bureau of the Parliament. Following a hearing in specialized committees, the final vote confirmed her leadership, succeeding Adriana Săftoiu. Matei has a long career in journalism, starting in print media and transitioning to television, where she has covered political and justice issues extensively. Răzvan Dincă is expected to be proposed for the leadership of the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society.
