Director Mircea Trifan confirmed his involvement and stated that the searches were related to a procurement contract. Mobile phones were seized, but no restrictions were placed on him. The searches also affected at least two directors at the Arms Factory and another at the Mechanical Plant, focusing on a contract with a private arms manufacturer. No official statement from DNA has been released yet.
