One of the injured sailors from the Gas Lisbon fire in the Black Sea has died in the hospital. The 45-year-old Filipino sailor suffered airway burns and a pulmonary complication. Two other injured sailors remain in stable condition in the ICU. The Gas Lisbon tanker, carrying 3,790 tons of propane, experienced a major incident and fire while 20 nautical miles from Sfântu Gheorghe. A rescue operation was launched, successfully evacuating all crew members, with three requiring urgent medical care.
