Unul dintre lanțurile de marketuri prezente și în România ar putea fi cumpărat pentru o sumă uriașă

Canadian group Alimentation Couche-Tard has made a public offer to acquire Polish retailer Zabka, which operates stores in Romania. The proposed price of 32 zlotys per share values Zabka at approximately 32.6 billion zlotys. Couche-Tard expects annual cost benefits of around 250 million dollars from the acquisition. Zabka operates about 13,000 stores in Poland and Romania, with plans to potentially delist if it acquires at least 95% of shares. This move follows Couche-Tard's previous failed attempt to acquire Japanese operator Seven & i.
