Simtel Group is undergoing a leadership change, with Iulian Nedea becoming CEO of Simtel Team, which will be restructured as the group's holding company. Petre Stoian's mandate as General Director ends on September 4, 2026, and Nedea will focus on enhancing EPC and O&M activities. Mihai Tudor will continue as CEO of the Group, overseeing strategy and development. A partial division is planned, transferring EPC and O&M activities to Simtel Services. Simtel Team will remain listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and will be renamed SMTL Group. The company reported a revenue increase of 84% in the first half of 2026, despite a slight drop in net profit.
