One United Properties plans to build a mixed-use tower over 100 meters tall in Bucharest, following a recent land acquisition. The company purchased a 5,755 square meter plot on Barbu Văcărescu Street for 10 million euros. The project will feature four underground levels, a ground floor, and 25 stories, totaling approximately 25,900 square meters of built area. This development aims to revitalize an abandoned site and will include residential units, commercial spaces, and green areas. An international architecture competition will be held to design the tower, which is expected to enhance the local community and attract more services to the area.
