Mihail Zvinciuk, founder of the pro-war Telegram channel "Rybar," was arrested in Montenegro along with his team. The operation aimed to halt hybrid activities linked to Kremlin propaganda. Zvinciuk, previously part of Russia's Ministry of Defense press service, has over 1.5 million subscribers on his channel. He has been sanctioned by the EU for spreading disinformation and has connections to the Wagner Group. Authorities suspect he was in Montenegro to create content undermining EU integration efforts. The U.S. has offered a reward for information on him and others associated with "Rybar."
