Uniqa România: vânzările au crescut cu 8% în primul semestru, la 84 de milioane de euro

In the first half of 2026, Uniqa Asigurări and Uniqa Asigurări de viaţă reported a net profit of nearly 11 million euros, with gross premiums increasing by 8% compared to 2025. The total sales volume reached 84 million euros, driven mainly by non-auto segments in general insurance. Retail insurance for homes grew by 12%, and travel insurance sales rose by 20%. Claims for travel insurance increased by 40%, with total payouts rising by 23%. Small and medium enterprises saw a 32% increase in sales, while health insurance grew by 37%. Life insurance sales also rose by 16%, totaling nearly 39 million euros in gross premiums.
