Ungaria compensează scumpirea motorinei. Un milion de proprietari de mașini primesc compensații

The Hungarian government will provide financial compensation for rising diesel prices to nearly one million diesel car owners and farmers. Owners of diesel cars with engines up to 150 horsepower will receive 5,000 forints monthly until the end of the year. Farmers can claim a full refund of the excise tax on diesel used in agriculture. The compensation aims to alleviate the impact of rising fuel costs on households and agricultural expenses. Payments will be made automatically based on tax records, with separate arrangements for those who purchased diesel cars after January 1, 2026. The government has ruled out reintroducing a protected diesel price, citing potential supply issues and high costs.
