Ungaria ar putea renunța complet la gazul rusesc până în octombrie 2027

Hungary aims to eliminate Russian gas dependency by October 2027, as set by the EU. Minister István Kapitány stated that the country currently has no supply issues and is well-stocked for winter. He emphasized that the reliance on Russian gas is due to economic factors rather than a lack of alternatives. Hungary is exploring various options to diversify its energy sources, including negotiations with Croatia to maximize the use of the Adriatic pipeline for non-Russian gas imports. Kapitány noted an improved relationship with Croatia compared to the previous government.
