The Bucharest General Council will discuss a project to remove improperly parked vehicles in the central area, storing them at a designated site. In June, the council approved a public service for the removal and storage of such vehicles, which will be managed by the Municipal Parking Company. A site on Splaiul Unirii has been identified for this purpose, allowing for the accommodation of at least 250 vehicles. The operator will bear the costs for setup and maintenance. The council will also clarify regulations regarding the removal process and propose electronic documentation for vehicle removal.
