Two drivers were arrested during a joint inspection by customs and police. The first vehicle, driven by a Greek national, contained 2.56 million unmarked cigarettes, while the second, driven by a Romanian, held 777,720 cigarettes with Moldovan tax stamps. The total estimated damage is over 3.3 million lei, and both suspects face charges of smuggling and illegal possession of cigarettes. Authorities have seized the goods involved.
