Unde s-au ieftinit apartamentele în România. Orașul mare în care prețurile au scăzut

In Romania, while property prices have generally increased, Bucharest is the only major city where prices have decreased slightly. The average price per square meter in Bucharest fell from €2,053 to €2,033, marking a 1% decline. In contrast, cities like Timișoara and Sibiu saw significant price increases, with Timișoara rising over 4%. Despite the overall trend, the high costs of construction and land continue to keep prices elevated in many areas. For instance, a 60 square meter apartment in Bucharest now costs around €122,000, while prices in other cities remain much higher, particularly in Cluj-Napoca, where the average is about €3,155 per square meter.
