The club has also transferred a building for a new emergency clinic. The heliport will facilitate quicker medical emergency responses, replacing the current landing site. A collaboration protocol has been approved to coordinate construction efforts for the stadium and nearby heating network. The stadium will accommodate 26,217 spectators and is estimated to cost around 117 million euros, including various facilities.
