Prime Kapital previously showed interest but withdrew from the project. Tellus Invest will purchase unused properties from Sanex, which has been confirmed by the Competition Council as not hindering market competition. The 18-hectare land of Sanex is now back with Lasselsberger, who is considering urban planning procedures. Prime Kapital had plans for a large project in Cluj-Napoca but faced regulatory challenges.
