The European Commission has approved Romania's right to export sheep and goats again, following farmers' protests. Specific vaccination schemes will be implemented in Constanța and Tulcea, while the rest of the country must prove it is free from disease. Six countries, including Saudi Arabia and Jordan, are interested in importing Romanian livestock. Discussions will resume soon to finalize export agreements. The vaccination strategy aims to maintain Romania's disease-free status.
